Custom FS Cable Solution for DLF Downtown

Agilon - DLF Downtown (Phase I to Phase II Connectivity) @ DLF

Project Overview

End Client: DLF

Project: DLF Downtown (Phase I to Phase II Connectivity)

Location: Delhi NCR

Contractor: Confidential

Consultant: AECOM

Application: Critical Data Transfer between project phases

Cable Supplied: 1.5 Sq. mm × 24 Core Fire Survival Cable

Project Requirement & Challenge

The project required a specialized fire survival cable for critical data transfer between DLF Downtown Phase I and Phase II, where uninterrupted signal integrity and fire safety were essential. The consultant specified a 1.5 Sq. mm × 24 Core fire survival cable, a highly specialized construction not readily available in the market. Several reputed cable manufacturers declined to manufacture this cable due to its complexity and stringent performance requirements.

Our Solution

We undertook the challenge by designing and manufacturing a custom-built 1.5 Sq. mm×24 Core Fire Survival Cable, engineered to meet the project’s fire survival and data transmission needs. Our team worked closely with SRP Automation and AECOM to finalize the cable construction, ensure compliance with fire safety norms, and support approvals with complete technical documentation.

Execution & Supply

The cables were manufactured as per approved specifications and supplied in alignment with site execution schedules. Coordination with the contractor ensured smooth installation and seamless system integration.

Performance Validation

After one year of continuous operation, the cable performance was reviewed under actual site conditions. The cable maintained signal integrity and met all operational expectations. Based on this successful performance, DLF issued a formal Performance Certificate validating the reliability of the supplied cable.

Key Highlights

  • Custom-engineered solution for a non-standard requirement
  • Successful execution where multiple reputed brands declined
  • Deployed for critical data transfer application
  • Performance certified after one year of operation
  • Trusted by DLF, SRP Automation, and AECOM

Conclusion

This project demonstrates our capability to deliver custom-engineered, reliable, and performance-proven fire survival cable solutions for complex infrastructure projects. The successful execution at DLF Downtown reinforces our technical expertise and commitment to quality.
